If you want to be affiliates with Leighton Web, please read these rules, and the ones for elite, top and regular. I do not accept hatesites or any of that stuff, and of course it has to be a fansite! I am nice when it comes to affiliates, I don't really care if your site have its own domain or not, but then it really have to be a high quality site! And to show that you really want to be affiliates, link me back before you apply (pending is okay).
